Kayleen Timu has over 20 years experience in call centre and customer service management, successfully leading both small & large teams to continuously meet their objectives in the private and public sector.
As TAM Manager for Telephos Kayleen is responsible for the recruitment and management of our TAMs (Telephone Account Managers) and cares for the day to day running of the Virtual Call Centre operation. Kayleen supervises our online reporting system and prepares the daily and weekly reports, closely monitoring each campaign to ensure the customer expectations and campaign objectives are met.
Kayleen is an extremely valuable and well respected member of the Telephos team and has been a key part of our success from day one.
