Karen Campbell specialises in the principals and applications of Contact Centre set up and management, as well as strategic planning and overall sales management and has worked extensively within the Contact Centre industry in both New Zealand and Australia.
Karen has achieved much during her career including:
- Direct Marketing Certificate Graduate - with Merit.
- Direct Marketing Association Silver Award for direct Marketing
- Key contributor and co-developer of the Direct Marketing Association Contact Centre Manager’s course.
- Worked with Trade NZ in the development of the original callnz.com initiative.
- Previously National Manager for New Zealand Post, Direct Sales and Post on Call.
Karen currently consults to small to medium businesses in both Contact Centre and Direct Sales management.
