I have used Ann Mayer for approximately 14 – 15 years – she is an excellent trainer coach and well qualified not only to deliver the material but design whatever training program you need. The Agents like her because she is non threatening and she does get results. I have not used many other providers because I do not think that they have the skills I require. I am experienced in the design and facilitation of training myself however my current role is too busy to continue with doing this myself – Ann is really the only other person that I would use as she is a proven performer for me.
